- Strict regularity, implicit obedience, courtesy in speech and conduct, cleanliness of dress and person are expected from every pupil. Pupils must strictly conform to the regulations laid down in this regard.
- The pupils are responsible to the school authorities not only for their conduct in the school premises but also for their general behaviour outside. Any reported objectionable conduct out of the school on the part of the pupils will make them liable for disciplinary action.
- The wearing of the school uniform is obligatory. Violation of this is a sufficient reason for the punitive action. No students will be allowed in the school without the prescribed uniform.
- Any kind of damage to the school property and learning infrastructure done in the school premises will certainly invite financial compensation.
- No student should posses electronic gadgets like Transistor, Camera, Cell phone etc. and jewellery or valuables whatsoever in the school campus. If either of these gadgets are found in possession of any student he/she shall be given due punishment.
- No collection for any purpose, whatsoever, is to be made without the prior permission of the Principal.
- Presents/Gift Items to the members of the staff or other expressions in their honour are not allowed except that with the permission of the Principal.
- The date of birth of a student once entered will not be changed. The parent/guardian will have to sign an undertaking to this effect.
- The name of a student who does not re-join within three days after the commencement of a term examination shall be struck off the rolls unless leave has been previously applied for and the sanction obtained from the head of the institution.
Note: This rule does not prevent the Principal from refusing admission to the new session for adequate reasons to a student who was on the rolls in the previous session.
- Children are supposed to speak English in the school campus.
- All pupils must possess a copy of the school diary, which is to be brought on all working days.
- Late comers and absentee from school will not be admitted to class without the Principal’s written permission.
- Every student is expected to be on time daily for the assembly with the school diary at the commencement of the first meeting.
- Students are liable to be sent home in the absence of a written explanation from their parents or guardians for being late.
- The pupils are not allowed to visit the Staff Room.
- The pupils are not allowed to leave the school premises during the school hours, except very specific request from the parents/guardians.
- No leave of absence is granted, except a written application from parents, and that only for serious reasons. The school accepts no responsibility if a child is obliged to return home during school hours from non-compliance of any of the rules contained in this diary. Mere sending of an application in not sufficient, the sanction of leave must be obtained.
- The school authorities may exercise their right of not readmitting the students who fail to return within three days after the vacations.
- Parents and guardians are, therefore, particularity requested to co-operate with the school authorities by sending their children back to the school on the re-opening date unless a written permission for extension of the leave has previously been obtained. Such permission, however, will only be granted only in specific conditions for very grave reasons. Principal’s decision will be final in this regard.
- If a student continues to be absent for a month, without the written permission of the Principal, his name will be struck off the roll, and in case of his re-joining, the re-admission fee will be charged.
- (a):Irregular attendance, frequent failure to obtain good in conduct, habitual lack of interest and prolonged or intermittent illness, behaviour detrimental to the discipline and the moral tone of the school, repeated failure in tests together constitute genuine reason to expel a student from the school, even without any notice of warning.
- (b):On national days like Republic Day, Independence Day and any other notified school function every student has to be present without fail. Absence on such days will be considered as indiscipline and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against such students.
- Money/articles should not be lent or borrowed or exchanged between the students.
- Any articles found in the school are to be handed over to the Principal’s Office.
- Parents are strictly forbidden to interview their children or their teachers in the class, without the permission of the Principal.
- The Second Saturday of every month will be considered Visitor’s Day when visitors may they can meet the teachers.
